Macrobiotic food helps diabetic person to quickly restore the Yin-Yang balance

For type 1 diabetes (insulin-dependent diabetes) and type 2 diabetes (non insulin-dependent diabetes). 
 

Small red bean + kombu + kabocha squash: this food benefits both type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes, eye disease, cardiac disorders, circulatory disorders.
 

Ingredients: 
  

+ 1/2 bowl of small, flattened organic red bean (do not use the round ones). 

+ 1 piece of kombu, 3 cm x 3 cm or 1.5 inches x 1.5 inches. 

+ 2 bowls of water. 

+ 2 bowls of kabocha squash, cut it into 2 cm or 1 inch. 

+ 1 gram of sea salt. 

Preparation: 

1. Quickly soaking beans, discard hard beans and any "floaters".  

2. Drain and rinse beans and kombu, soak them separately into 2 bowls of water for 5 hours.  

3. Then bring beans and kombu to a boil over high heat. 

4. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours to soften beans (you can add one more bowl of water to avoid burning). 

5. Add sea salt, kabocha squash and cook until it has softened. 

6. Stirring well by chopsticks until the mixture is thickened. 

7. Serve it hot.
